These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Creative Coatings’ website, products, services, quotes, orders, customer communications, and SMS/text messaging program.
Quotes and Orders
Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and may be subject to change if project scope, materials, quantities, artwork, installation requirements, vehicle information, or other project details change.
Orders are considered confirmed once any required approval, deposit, or payment has been received.
Pricing, availability, and production timelines are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
Artwork and Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, proofs, spelling, colors, sizing, quantities, placement, contact information, and other project details before providing approval.
Once artwork is approved, production may begin. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges, production delays, or both.
Creative Coatings is not responsible for errors that were present in artwork or proofs approved by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits and Payments
Deposits may be required for vehicle wraps, signage, custom products, installations, and other made-to-order work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits and payments for approved custom work may become non-refundable once materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared specifically for the project, or production has begun.
Remaining balances are due according to the terms shown on the applicable quote, invoice, or agreement.
Production and Scheduling
Production times, completion dates, and installation dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
Delays may occur due to material availability, shipping delays, weather, equipment issues, customer approval delays, changes to the project, vehicle condition, or other circumstances outside Creative Coatings’ reasonable control.
Creative Coatings will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes when they occur.
Custom Products
Many Creative Coatings products are custom-made specifically for each customer.
Approved custom products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once materials have been ordered or production has begun, except in cases of a verified production defect or an error caused by Creative Coatings.
Vehicle Wraps and Installations
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and delivering vehicles in a condition suitable for installation.
Existing paint damage, rust, body damage, failing clear coat, previous repairs, aftermarket parts, contamination, or other surface conditions may affect installation quality, adhesion, appearance, or removal.
Creative Coatings is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing vehicle or surface conditions.
Additional vehicle wrap or installation requirements may be provided on the applicable quote, invoice, work order, or customer agreement.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Creative Coatings SMS Program
By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Creative Coatings, you agree to receive messages from Creative Coatings at the mobile number you provide.
Messages may include communications regarding:
- Quote requests and quote updates
- Artwork proofs and approvals
- Orders and production status
- Appointments and scheduling
- Vehicle drop-off and pickup information
- Order-ready and pickup notifications
- Customer service communications
- Other communications related to your inquiry or active project
- Occasional promotional or marketing messages when you have consented to receive them
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Creative Coatings. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opting Out of Text Messages
You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Creative Coatings.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from the applicable SMS program unless you opt in again.

Carrier and Delivery Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside Creative Coatings’ control.
SMS Privacy
Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
