Creative Coatings operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with access to our custom graphics, vehicle wraps, signage, apparel, promotional products, design services, installation services, and other products and services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies, estimates, invoices, work authorizations, proofs, or other documents referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights and responsibilities, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, submitting information through, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our [Privacy Policy].
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence or that you have provided consent for any minor dependents under your supervision to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
To browse our online store, request a quote, approve a project, create an account, or purchase products or services, you may be asked to provide certain information, including your name, email address, phone number, billing information, payment information, shipping information, vehicle information, business information, and project specifications.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the authority and rights necessary to provide that information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person without our prior written permission.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Creative Coatings offers custom and non-custom products and services, which may include:
- Vehicle wraps and graphics
- Color-change wraps
- Commercial fleet graphics
- Decals and lettering
- Signs and banners
- Display and promotional signage
- Printed and embroidered apparel
- Promotional products
- Graphic-design services
- Printing, production, and installation services
- Other related products and services
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products and services accurately. However, digital images, photographs, renderings, samples, and screen displays may not precisely represent the appearance of the finished product.
Colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor settings, lighting, material, substrate, ink, printer, garment color, paint color, vinyl finish, coating, texture, and production process.
We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of a product or service will exactly match a digital proof, rendering, sample, photograph, or screen display.
Descriptions, pricing, materials, specifications, availability, and product offerings may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service and to limit the quantity of products or services available to any person, business, geographic area, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 — ESTIMATES, QUOTES AND ORDERS
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available to us when they are prepared. Unless otherwise stated, quotes and estimates are not guaranteed indefinitely and may expire on the date stated in the applicable document.
Pricing may change if:
- The project scope changes
- Measurements or quantities change
- Different materials or products are selected
- Additional design or production work is requested
- The condition of a vehicle or installation surface requires additional preparation
- Existing graphics or materials must be removed
- Supplier or material costs change
- Information originally supplied by the customer is inaccurate or incomplete
- Unexpected installation or production conditions arise
When you submit an order, approve an estimate, authorize artwork, pay an invoice, or pay a deposit, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from Creative Coatings.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive any required deposit or payment.
Please review all estimates, invoices, product selections, quantities, measurements, spelling, contact information, artwork, colors, placement, and other order details carefully before approving them.
If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, phone number, or billing information supplied with the order.
Our products and services may be purchased for personal, organizational, promotional, or commercial use. Products may not be resold unless the arrangement has been approved by Creative Coatings in writing.
SECTION 4 — DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are generally required for vehicle wraps, signage, and other custom projects.
Apparel orders are generally due in full before materials are ordered or production begins.
The amount and timing of any required deposit or payment will be stated on the applicable estimate, invoice, or project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Deposits are nonrefundable
- Approved custom orders are nonrefundable
- Payments for design work already performed are nonrefundable
- Payments for materials already ordered are nonrefundable
- Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged merely because the customer changes their mind
- Production will not begin until the required deposit or payment has been received
Deposits are applied toward the total project balance. Any remaining balance is due according to the applicable estimate, invoice, or agreement.
A cancellation request may not be accepted after any of the following has occurred:
- A deposit or payment has been submitted
- Design work has begun
- Artwork has been approved
- Materials have been ordered
- Production has begun
- Printing, cutting, embroidery, or fabrication has begun
- Installation time has been reserved
- Work has otherwise begun on the project
Any cancellation, refund, store credit, or rescheduling exception is made solely at Creative Coatings’ discretion and must be confirmed in writing.
If Creative Coatings agrees to cancel a project, the customer remains responsible for design time, administrative work, materials, restocking fees, production already completed, and other costs incurred before cancellation.
Purchases are also subject to our [Refund Policy] and any project-specific estimate, invoice, work authorization, or written agreement. If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project-specific agreement will control for that project.
SECTION 5 — ARTWORK, PROOFS AND CUSTOMER APPROVAL
Many of our products are custom-made based on customer-provided information and approved artwork.
You are responsible for reviewing all proofs and project details before approval, including:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Names
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Website addresses
- Dates
- Prices
- Measurements
- Dimensions
- Quantities
- Product selections
- Garment styles and sizes
- Colors
- Logos
- Placement
- Layout
- Vehicle information
- Any other project-specific detail
Once a proof or design has been approved, Creative Coatings is not responsible for errors, omissions, or unwanted details that were visible or included in the approved proof.
Approval may be provided by:
- Text message
- Electronic approval
- Signature
- Verbal authorization
- Payment of an invoice or deposit after reviewing the project details
- Any other written or electronic instruction directing us to proceed
Changes requested after approval may result in additional design, material, production, or installation charges and may delay completion.
Digital proofs and mockups are intended to show the general appearance and concept of a finished product. The finished product may differ reasonably due to materials, scale, production limitations, seams, vehicle contours, body lines, hardware, windows, doors, handles, rivets, obstructions, garment construction, printing processes, or installation conditions.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching process and tolerance have been agreed to in writing.
SECTION 6 — CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK AND CONTENT
You may provide us with logos, photographs, trademarks, slogans, fonts, graphics, illustrations, designs, vehicle images, written content, or other materials for use in your project.
By submitting any content to Creative Coatings, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have received all permissions necessary to use it.
- You have the legal right to authorize Creative Coatings to reproduce, modify, print, display, embroider, manufacture, install, or otherwise use it.
- The content does not infringe another party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- The content is not unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, obscene, or otherwise prohibited.
Creative Coatings may rely on your representation of ownership or authorization and is not required to independently investigate the ownership of customer-supplied content.
We reserve the right to decline any project that we reasonably believe may violate a law, infringe intellectual-property rights, mislead the public, promote hate or unlawful discrimination, or otherwise expose Creative Coatings to liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Creative Coatings harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from customer-supplied content or allegations that the content infringes or violates another party’s rights.
SECTION 7 — OWNERSHIP OF DESIGNS AND PRODUCTION FILES
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Creative Coatings retains ownership of:
- Working design files
- Editable files
- Production files
- Templates
- Design methods
- Concepts
- Preliminary designs
- Unused design options
- Print-ready setup files
- Installation patterns
- Proprietary production processes
Payment for design services does not automatically transfer ownership of these files or materials.
Once the applicable project balance is paid, the customer receives the right to use the approved finished design for the intended purpose of the project, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions.
Requests for editable, vector, production, or source files may involve an additional fee and must be approved by Creative Coatings in writing.
SECTION 8 — PRODUCTION AND COMPLETION TIMES
All production, shipping, delivery, completion, and installation dates are estimates unless Creative Coatings expressly guarantees a date in writing.
Production schedules may be affected by:
- Customer response and approval times
- Changes to the project
- Material availability
- Supplier delays
- Shipping delays
- Equipment issues
- Staffing availability
- Weather
- Vehicle condition
- Installation-surface condition
- Power or utility interruptions
- Events outside our reasonable control
Creative Coatings is not responsible for lost profits, lost business, missed promotions, missed events, rental expenses, vehicle downtime, or other costs resulting from a delayed estimated completion date.
Customers should not schedule advertising campaigns, events, launches, travel, or other time-sensitive activities based solely on an estimated completion date unless a guaranteed deadline has been agreed to in writing.
SECTION 9 — VEHICLE WRAPS, GRAPHICS AND INSTALLATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including the year, make, model, body style, wheelbase, roof height, modifications, and any other details that may affect design, material requirements, or installation.
Customers must disclose known conditions that may affect installation or removal, including:
- Repainted panels
- Body repairs
- Aftermarket paint
- Paint-protection film
- Ceramic coatings
- Rust
- Corrosion
- Dents
- Scratches
- Peeling clear coat
- Failing or oxidized paint
- Body filler
- Damaged panels
- Existing vinyl
- Adhesive residue
- Textured surfaces
- Aftermarket body components
Vinyl adheres best to clean, smooth, properly cured, factory-quality paint in good condition.
Creative Coatings does not guarantee adhesion to repainted, repaired, damaged, oxidized, rusted, textured, contaminated, ceramic-coated, or otherwise unsuitable surfaces.
Vehicle-wrap and graphics installation may reveal or worsen preexisting surface defects. Creative Coatings is not responsible for paint, clear-coat, body-filler, or surface damage during installation or removal when the underlying surface is damaged, repaired, repainted, aged, poorly prepared, or otherwise compromised.
A wrap or graphic does not repair or conceal every dent, scratch, rust spot, body defect, or paint imperfection. Certain defects may remain visible through the installed material.
Customers must:
- Remove personal belongings and valuables
- Ensure the vehicle is reasonably clean
- Remove excessive mud, grease, wax, snow, or contamination
- Provide the vehicle at the scheduled time
- Notify us of alarms, special starting procedures, or mechanical issues
- Provide necessary keys or access
- Ensure the vehicle is safe to move and operate
Excessive cleaning, removal of existing graphics, adhesive removal, disassembly, repair, or unexpected preparation may result in additional charges.
Vehicle wraps and graphics are not permanent. They may experience normal wear, fading, scratching, lifting, shrinking, edge wear, staining, or damage from road conditions, weather, physical impact, chemicals, fuel, improper washing, pressure washing, automatic car washes, accidents, vandalism, or improper maintenance.
Damage caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, environmental exposure, improper care, or third parties is not considered a production or installation defect.
SECTION 10 — SIGNAGE AND INSTALLATION SURFACES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, photographs, property information, installation conditions, and landlord or property-owner requirements.
Unless Creative Coatings performs an on-site survey and expressly accepts responsibility for measurements in writing, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of customer-supplied measurements.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary:
- Property-owner permission
- Landlord approval
- Municipal approval
- Sign permits
- Electrical permits
- Zoning approval
- Historic-district approval
- Utility-location services
- Other required authorization
Creative Coatings is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by permit requirements, utility locations, hidden structural conditions, inaccessible installation areas, unsuitable surfaces, undisclosed property restrictions, or inaccurate customer information.
Additional charges may apply if the installation surface differs from the information supplied to us or requires unexpected cleaning, repair, reinforcement, removal, access equipment, electrical work, or preparation.
SECTION 11 — APPAREL AND PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS
Apparel and promotional-product orders are generally due in full before production.
Customers are responsible for reviewing garment styles, colors, sizes, quantities, decoration methods, and placement before approval.
Sizing can vary between brands, styles, manufacturers, and garment types. Size charts are estimates and do not guarantee an exact fit.
Decorated, embroidered, printed, personalized, or otherwise customized apparel and promotional products are generally nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Reasonable variations may occur in:
- Print placement
- Embroidery placement
- Thread color
- Ink color
- Product color
- Product dimensions
- Garment construction
- Manufacturer lots
- Decoration size
Reorders may not match an earlier order exactly because of changes in garments, materials, inks, threads, production equipment, suppliers, or manufacturing lots.
SECTION 12 — CUSTOMER INSPECTION AND CLAIMS
Customers should inspect completed products and services promptly after delivery, pickup, or installation.
Any claim involving an alleged production error, defect, incorrect item, damage, or shortage should be reported to Creative Coatings as soon as reasonably possible and should include photographs and a description of the issue.
Creative Coatings must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and evaluate any claimed issue before the customer modifies, removes, repairs, replaces, or disposes of the affected product.
If Creative Coatings determines that a verified issue was caused by our production or installation error, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair the affected portion
- Reproduce the affected product
- Replace the affected item
- Provide store credit
- Provide a partial or full refund
The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature and extent of the issue.
Creative Coatings is not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer misuse, incorrect information, improper care, unauthorized modification, accidents, environmental conditions, ordinary wear, third-party handling, or customer-approved errors.
SECTION 13 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, supplier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and delivery information.
Once a product is transferred to a shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers must pick up completed orders within the timeframe communicated by Creative Coatings.
Orders not picked up within a reasonable period may be subject to storage charges. Products left for an extended period may be considered abandoned to the extent permitted by law, after reasonable attempts are made to contact the customer.
SECTION 14 — PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price stated on the applicable accepted estimate, invoice, order confirmation, or written agreement, subject to approved changes and additional work.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable:
- Sales tax
- Shipping
- Delivery
- Installation
- Permits
- Removal
- Surface preparation
- Storage
- Rush fees
- Customs or import charges
Prices shown online may differ from prices offered through custom quotes, invoices, physical locations, or third-party platforms.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, payment, and account information.
You represent and warrant that:
- Payment information provided by you is accurate.
- You are authorized to use the payment method.
- Charges incurred will be honored by the applicable financial institution.
- You will pay all authorized charges, taxes, shipping expenses, and other applicable fees.
Returned payments, chargebacks, disputed payments, or unpaid balances may result in additional fees, suspension of work, withholding of completed products, cancellation of installation, or collection activity to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 15 — THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND TOOLS
Certain products, materials, tools, payment services, applications, shipping services, or website functions may be provided by third parties.
We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not control or monitor.
Access to such tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or endorsement.
Your use of third-party tools or services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and policies issued by the third party.
We are not responsible for losses or damages arising solely from a third party’s products, services, tools, websites, actions, omissions, or policies.
SECTION 16 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain links to websites, content, materials, or functionality provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the accuracy, security, availability, or content of third-party websites.
Accessing a third-party website is at your own risk.
Creative Coatings is not responsible for harm or damages arising from your access to a third-party website or your purchase or use of third-party products, services, resources, or content.
Questions or complaints involving a third party’s products or services should be directed to the applicable third party.
SECTION 17 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Creative Coatings is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online Services.
However, purchases and sales made through our store are transactions directly between you and Creative Coatings.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and Creative Coatings, including any injury, damage, or loss related to products or services purchased from Creative Coatings.
To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Creative Coatings.
SECTION 18 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process information relating to your access to and use of the Services to operate and improve the Shopify platform.
Information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to Shopify and other service providers, including providers located outside your state or country, as necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, operate the website, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and provide the Services.
Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared.
SECTION 19 — FEEDBACK, REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, feedback, ideas, proposals, comments, or other content to Creative Coatings, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content for legitimate business purposes, including operating, improving, and promoting our Services.
You represent that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content.
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You have disclosed any compensation or incentive connected to the submission.
- The content does not violate another party’s rights or applicable law.
We are not obligated to:
- Keep feedback confidential
- Pay compensation for feedback
- Publish feedback
- Respond to feedback
We may remove content that we reasonably determine is unlawful, infringing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
SECTION 20 — PORTFOLIO AND MARKETING USE
Unless you notify us in writing before production or installation, Creative Coatings may photograph or record completed work and may use images or video of the completed project for legitimate portfolio, advertising, website, social-media, award-submission, educational, or promotional purposes.
We will not intentionally disclose confidential customer information that is not otherwise visible as part of the completed product.
Customers with confidentiality requirements must notify Creative Coatings in writing before production or installation so that any restrictions can be documented.
SECTION 21 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Information provided through the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, production times, specifications, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change or cancel an order, or adjust an invoice if information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted, subject to applicable law.
If a pricing or product error materially affects an order, we will attempt to contact you before proceeding.
SECTION 22 — PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any federal, state, local, or international law
- Infringe intellectual-property or proprietary rights
- Submit fraudulent, false, or misleading information
- Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, intimidate, or harm another person
- Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology
- Collect or track another person’s information unlawfully
- Send spam, phishing messages, or unauthorized solicitations
- Impersonate another person or business
- Circumvent security or access restrictions

- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
- Use automated tools or agents in a way that violates these Terms
- Engage in conduct that may harm Creative Coatings, Shopify, our customers, or other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
SECTION 23 — AUTOMATED AGENTS
This section applies if you use or enable software that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action to access, use, or interact with the Services.
Any automated agent must truthfully identify itself where technically required and must not:
- Conceal that it is automated
- Mimic human behavior to avoid detection
- Bypass CAPTCHAs
- Circumvent access controls
- Ignore technical restrictions
- Misrepresent its identity or purpose
We may use technical measures to limit or prevent automated access to the Services.
SECTION 24 — TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account, an order, or access to any portion of the Services if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to make required payments
- You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- A project would expose Creative Coatings to unreasonable legal, financial, reputational, or safety risks
- We are unable to complete the project because of circumstances outside our reasonable control
Termination does not relieve you of responsibility for amounts already due, work already performed, materials already ordered, or other obligations incurred before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, customer-supplied content, indemnification, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.
SECTION 25 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated in a written warranty or project agreement issued by Creative Coatings, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not represent or warrant that:
- The Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 26 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Coatings and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, service providers, licensors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the Services or any product or service.
This includes, without limitation:
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Lost savings
- Loss of data
- Lost business opportunities
- Missed events
- Vehicle downtime
- Rental expenses
- Replacement costs
- Reputational harm
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Coatings’ total liability for a claim involving a particular product or project will not exceed the amount paid to Creative Coatings for the specific product or project giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, warranty, or another legal theory.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
SECTION 27 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creative Coatings, Shopify, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of applicable law.
- Your violation of another party’s rights.
- Content, artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, or materials supplied by you.
- Inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.
- Your misuse of the Services.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim. Failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless the delay materially prejudices your ability to defend the claim.
We may control the defense and settlement of a claim at your expense, provided that we will not agree to a settlement imposing a nonmonetary obligation on you without your reasonable consent.
SECTION 28 — FORCE MAJEURE
Creative Coatings is not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Flood
- Natural disaster

- Other events outside our reasonable control
When such an event occurs, our performance will be excused for the period reasonably affected by the event.
SECTION 29 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The unenforceable portion will be considered severed, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 30 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our posted policies and any applicable estimate, invoice, proof, work authorization, or written project agreement, constitute the entire agreement concerning the Services and supersede prior discussions, communications, and proposals concerning the same subject matter.
Any ambiguity will not automatically be interpreted against the party that drafted the Terms.
SECTION 31 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Creative Coatings may assign or transfer these Terms and its rights or obligations in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, financing, transfer of assets, or other legitimate business transaction.

To the extent permitted by law, any legal action arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving Platte County, Missouri.
You and Creative Coatings consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
SECTION 33 — HEADINGS
Section headings are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 34 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
You may review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms by posting an updated version on our website.
